Yes. The core tracking features are completely free. AI-powered program generation and advanced analytics are available with a subscription.
Does it work without an internet connection?
Absolutely. Session is designed offline-first. All your workout data is stored locally on your device. AI features require a connection, but logging and analytics work anywhere.
Can I import my data from another app?
Yes. Session supports CSV import compatible with Strong and other popular workout trackers. You can also import workouts from Apple Health.
Can I export my data?
Of course. You can export your complete workout history as CSV at any time from Settings. Your data is yours.
What kind of training does Session support?
Session supports any resistance training style — powerlifting, bodybuilding, CrossFit, calisthenics, and more. The exercise library includes 100+ exercises with customizable metrics for any movement.
